Noida: Two sisters caught on camera thrashing a man in his twenties after he allegedly shared his obscene video with one of the girls on Instagram.
The girl and her sister beat the man after he found that the young man, belonging to a different community, had sent a message on Instagram who disguised himself as a woman and used a fake name for the past two months, police said.
The man, an automatic rickshaw driver, used to send a message of a girl disguised as a woman, but on July 24, he allegedly sent a lewd video himself on his Instagram who confirmed that he was a man.
The girl seemed to tell her family after two relatives met the young man, identified as Muzammil, on Thursday and called him to the city sports area where the girls were present.
Muzammil was finally beaten by the girl and her sister, and the incident was videographed by the audience.
In videos that have become viral, youth can look beaten by hand and bag by both girls.
In the video that has it with Toi, youth can be heard saying if it’s enough if he calls his sister’s girl, following the girls even more.
“You better not call me your sister,” he said.
While the girl’s family arrived at the Dankaur police station on Friday, the young man’s family member also reached there a day later.
The police, however, claimed that the girl did not file a complaint when she was afraid of honor and good intentions.
Danuri Sho Arvind Pathak told the Toi that both parties had not provided a written complaint and may arrive at a resolution.
“The girl accused that the young man used to send him a message on Instagram as a woman.
Then, he sent the obscene video he saved as a note on his phone.
Both parties can arrive at compromise,” he said.
