MySuru: Chamarajanagar District Principal BS Bharathi has sentenced two young men for a 22-day imprisonment and slapped the Hospital 10,000 penalty in each after finding them guilty of stalking and abusing sexually underage children.
The court has been punished by Chethan, 23 and Guruprasad, 25, from Udigala Village Chamarajanagar Taluk for crime.
The duo forced the 16-year-old girl to marry one of them, and threatened to kill family members if he revealed this to anyone.
Based on the complaint submitted by the girl, the Rural Police Chamarajanagar in May 2019 registered a case against the Duo under the provisions of the IPC and ACT Pocso and also submitted an accusation sheet against the duo.
