Patna: Two young men were shot by criminals at Locality Phulwarisharif City on Saturday.
Both of them, who sustained serious bullet injuries were rushed to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) for treatment.
Two young men – Chandan Kumar (18) and Wisnu Kumar (20) – were eating Litti in a roadside shop near the wedding room when two criminals were transmitted on motorbikes opening fire on fire.
Locals rushed two to PMCH for care, where their condition was declared critical.
The police said the reason behind the incident was uncertain.
Body fishing from the pool: The body of one Murari Prasad, a resident of Dunandi Bazar, was arrested from Mangal Talab under the Chowk Police Station in Patna City on Saturday.
The body was then sent to Nalanda Medical College and hospital for autopsy.
According to the police source, Murari has left his home last night, but does not return.
Sho of Chowk Police Station Gauriskar Gupta said Murari might sink in the pool.
“We are waiting for a postmortem report,” he added.
One shot dead in style: One Birendra Yadav, a resident of Tankuppa in style, was shot dead by a criminal on Saturday.
Another man, Vijay Yadav, a former member of the Style District Board, received a shot injury in the attack.
He rushed to Anmmch for treatment.
Both of them returned home from the Tankuppa train station when the incident occurred.
