Apj Abdul Kalam, Drdo, in Hyderabad.

U King Babu, known for its significant contribution as a program director, AD at RCI.
He provided a boost needed for successful design, development and demonstration from the ability of a ballistic missile defense system.
Under his leadership, the program program succeeded in showing “Mission Shakti,” the first Indian anti-satellite missile test (A-SAT), strengthened the ability of customary defense, the Defense Ministry said on Friday.
