Dubai: UAE on Friday said it would enable their return to be vaccinated fully by Jab Covid-19 approved with whom and holding a legitimate residence visa from 15 previous countries on the suspended list, including India, starting September 12.
The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) in a tweet share official statements that say that those who can return also include those who live abroad for more than six months.
“UAE allows the return of a valid residence visa holder (agreed approved, including those who live abroad for more than six months, starting from September 12, 2021,” said the decision to include passengers coming from India, Pakistan , Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Namibia, Zambia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Afghanistan.
Provide details about the arrival requirements, it is said that passengers can register through the website of the Federal Authority for identity and citizenship (ICA ) and complete the application of vaccination to obtain the approval required in addition to presenting vaccination certification approved at the time of the departure of the UAE.
Passengers are also required to present the results of the negative PCR test conducted within 48 hours before the departure in the approved lab that has a QR code, he said.
People who are also required to Mel Ikukan PCR test before rising and other PCR tests on the fourth day and eighth arrival when obeying all preventive measures in place.
Children under 16 years are released from this procedure, he said.
All precautionary measures previously announced for people who were not vaccinated who came from these countries remained in their place, he said.
