DUBAI: The United Arab Emirates stands ready to Ease peace efforts between Israel and the Palestinians, the UAE Country news agency reported Sunday, Mentioning Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al-Nayhan.
Sheikh Mohamed’s remarks came in a phone contact with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, expressing support for Egypt’s attempts to reinforce a ceasefire agreed by Israel and the Palestinians following 11 days of battling.
The UAE, which signed a deal to normalise relations with Israel,”is prepared to operate with parties to maintain the ceasefire and discover new strategies to decrease escalation and attain serenity”, ” the news agency quoted Sheikh Mohammed as saying.
