Udaipur: BJP MLA from the Constituency of Gogunda Assembly in the Udaipur District of Pratap Gameti has been accused of rape and encourages a life threat to a woman.
The complainant accused MLA to rapidly with the pretext of marriage.
This is the second incident when BJP MLA was accused of rape.
In the previous incident nine months ago, another woman from Madhya Pradesh filed a complaint against Gameti accused him of raping him with the pretext of marriage.
Toi contacted Gameti for his statement about the accusation, but he refused to comment.
“I’ll talk about it tomorrow (Friday),” he said.
Gameti is MLA twice from Gogunda in a row.
In the latest incident, the police about complaints by the woman had registered first against Gameti at the Ambamata police station in Udaipur.
This case was listed at the end of Wednesday night after a medical examination of the complainant.
The investigation of the case has been submitted to the Cid Cid crime branch, which is authorized to investigate charges against MLAS and MPS.
According to the police, the woman in her complaint accused that during locking, she was looking for housework and contacting MLA.

He convinced the women to marry him and raped him several times, he accused.
He also accused him of threatening the terrible consequences every time he discussed marriage, police said.
On the basis of complaints, the police recorded his statement and would advance an investigation on the basis of his complaint.
The woman alleged that Gameti had lied to her many times.

Allegations also took the victim to the flats in Jaipur and made a physical relationship with him.

The victim in his complaint demanded justice from the police.
He wants to marry him and if this is not done then strict action must be taken against him because of his cheating.
