Jaipur: Of the 24 Covid deaths in the state for the past 11 days, 10 reported from Udaipur, while the two fatalities were respectively reported from Alwar, Dausa, Bikaner and Chittorgarh.
One death was reported from Bundi, Sriganaagar, Banswara, Nagaur, Bharatpur and Pratapgarh.
The current mortality rate in Udaipur is 25% high.
Overall, 40 people have tested the positive virus this month so far.
The overall victim increased from 738 to 748, while the number of cases rose from 56,170 to 56,210 in the same period.
On the contrary, there is no Covid death reported from Jaipur this month.
Even though 198 people have tested the positive virus this month so far, capital has not reported even one death.
The last Covid victim was reported on June 30.
A health department officer said the city had seen 1,970 deaths to date.
‘In addition, from all beds dedicated to Covid in the city, 249 is occupied and the rest is under house isolation.
In the last 24 hours, 52 people were tested positive for Covid in the state on Sunday, taking the overall calculation to 9.53.126.
The overall death of the country stands at 8,945.
District that reported new cases was Jaipur (17), Jodhpur (9), Udaipur (5), Sikar (4), Alwar (3), Srianganganagar (3), Nagaur (2), Bhilwara (2), Jaisalmer ( 1), Jhalawar (1), Jhunjhunu (1) and Sirohi (1).
