Thiruvananthapuram: Sooranadu Rajasecharan, UDF candidate for election to the Sabha’s chair, submitted a nomination before the legislative secretary on Tuesday.
He submitted a nomination in front of the KPCC K Sudhakaran President, MLAS A P Anil Kumar, M Vincent, Anwar Sadath and Pbaidullah.
After submitting a nomination, Rajasesharan said that even though LDF candidates would definitely win the election with the majority they had in the Assembly, KPCC decided to fight against LDF candidates because he had thrown out UDF.
The election to Lone Rajya Sabha’s seat will be held on November 29.
LDF candidates for elections, Jose K Mani, have submitted their nomination on Monday.
