Ahmedabad: A total of 22,726 students submitted a request to enter undergraduate medical courses and the Acceptance Committee for Professional Bachelor and Postgraduate Postgraduate Medical Education Program allocated 10,691 seats available during the first round of entry into medical, dental, ayurveda and homeopathy courses.
Compared to the applicants last year, there were 1,200 more students who have registered for this year’s medical course.
Students have been told to pay their fees through online banking and get their documents verified in Help Centers between February 2 and 7.
A student named Prasham Shah, who stands third in the list of achievements prepared by the Acceptance Committee, has chosen for medical BJ Campus.
Because of the common pandemic conditions, the receipt process has been postponed by five months.
Meanwhile, the first round of reception for postgraduate medical courses took place recently.
Of the total 1,419 seats in the country quota, 1,044 seats were allocated.
Students have paid their fees and completed their reception.
There are a total of 1,900 seats in the PG medical course in Gujarat.
A total of 375 seats remained empty and officials at the reception committee said that they had to hold a second entrance ticket.
