Aadhaar Racketsludhiana: “Rejection” Unique Indian Identification Authority (UIDAI) to share any data or information with city police blocked the last investigation into the Aadhaar card racket.
On August 1, city police have arrested three people to make aadhaar cards on fake documents.
The trio has been operating from a photography studio in Tilak Nagar, Tibba, for the past three months.
They have a license to make aadhaar cards in Assam.
The probe showed that the defendant had made more than 450 aadhaar cards.
Police have restored fake stamps, 16 aadhaar cards, and other equipment from Raj Kumar’s ownership, 48, from New Subhash Nagar, Raj Kumar Sunny, 42, from Bajra Village and Vinod Kumar Bhalla, 42, from Tinak Nagar, Rahon Road.
They operate from Vinod photography studios.
September 5, City Police have broken the racket similar to the arrest of two -jora Singh and Gurseway Singh from Samrala.
Certificates for Aadhaar Card Registration / Update, Receipt, 74 Aadhaar Cards, five voter cards, three fingerprint shows made using adhesives, three laptops, one fingerprint scanner, one eye scanner, drive pen and two printers recovered from them.
They use the Telangana Aadhaar ID registration center.
