Ulhasnagar: The four-year sinks in Nullah when it ran in a catastrophe

Thane: In a unfortunate incident, a four-year-old child sank at a Nullah in Ulhasnagar in the Thane Maharashtra district on Sunday night.
Ulhasnagar was hit with very intense rainfall throughout Sunday, with the river and Nullah on the verge of overflowing.
The incident occurred around 7pm in the Shanti Nagar area in Ulhasnagar.
“The child has been identified as one of the Rudra Gupta who lives in one of the huts in the area.
At night, he went to the crowded near Nullah side by side with his house, where he lost balance and fell into a raging water, “Said Yuvraj Bhadane, Public Relations Officer, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation.
“The child was swept away by a ferocious current.
When he didn’t return, his parents looked in the area and found his legs near Nullah.
They then told the local fire brigade, and the official then provoked the body of the Gupta from Nullah,” he added.
Gupta rushed to the central hospital in the city, where he was declared dead.
Bhadeen told the officials had been ordered to be alert to avoid unwanted incidents in the city.
Meanwhile, in neighboring Ambernath, water on the Waldhuni River crossed a danger near the historic Shiv Temple, soaked the foot bridge nearby.
People in the area have been advised not to dare near the body of the water and leave their homes only if necessary.
