Ulhasnagar: The Minister of Development of Urban Eknath Shinde called the urgent meeting on building problems

Ulhasnagar: see some protests and demands related to changes in technical problems that arise in regularization of illegal structures, in accordance with law based on 2006, especially for Ulhasnagar City, the Minister of Urban Development Eknath Shinde has called a General Meeting of Senior IAS and Political Representatives from Ulhasnagar in Mantalaya , on Wednesday.
Civic sources say that the Minister can make a decision about the issue of a release spare parts who are ready to collect penalties from residents to regularization as of 2006 Ready Reckoner, instead of collecting a penalty with the current year.
The Minister can also make decisions about other major technical issues such as land ownership, stamp duty in the flat sold several times without stamp duty payment.
Meanwhile, ahead of the meeting, Jeevan Idnani, the senior canporator and former Deputy Mayor had written to the minister recommended several suggestions relating to the regularization of unauthorized development in the city.
Idnani in his letter said, “The Regulatory Law passed in 2006 provided recovery of compounding costs.
Land encroachment costs entered the State Government Treasury while the cost of the violation of building a company treasury”.
Idnani further in the letter said all the fees received based on this action must be credited to a fund called ‘infrastructure development fund’ which must be used for increased infrastructure in the city.
Along with all this request, Idnani also demanded that the government have to make changes to the cluster plan by reducing the requirements for the size of the plot for the development of up to 2,000 square meters instead of coercion of 10,000 square meters.
