Ulhasnagar: Three injuries after sulfuric acid spills of tankers

Ulhasnagar: Three passes through – with injured burns after tankers loaded with sulfuric acid spilled on the road due to leakage on Tuesday afternoon.
Chemical leaks create panic on the road.
Of the three suffering burns of two injuries have been dismissed from the hospital while one victim, who has suffered more than 20% of burns, is still undergoing treatment at the private hospital in Ulhasnagar.
After the incident, Vithalwadi police have arrested the driver of the tanker, Rakesh Rana, and then investigated this case.
The incident occurred at Shri Ram Chowk at 3rd afternoon when the tanker headed for Taloja MIDC.
The police said that because chemical spills occurred when they went on speed breakers who fell on three victims suffering burns.
Of the three, two have been identified as Bharat Vashita and Dilip Puraswani.
The incident caused a chaos for a moment on the road when people were angry with the truck driver, demanding his direct arrest.
However, about learning about the incident, the police team immediately reached the place and with the help of cleaners on tankers to fix leaks by fixing valves from which chemicals spilled.
The police registered fir and arrested the driver, shutter.
