“When I was in the place of my mother-in-law’s sister in sector 22, the defendant, my son’s son’s son, lay on my son and pressed it brutally on May 4.
When I saw it, I saw it, I warned him not to do it again,” He said in FIR.
He and his son returned to Mumbai from Gandhinagar.
“On May 29, my brother-in-law came to my place and when we spoke, my child told us that the defendant used to force myself to my son and accompany him when we lived in the defendant in May,” he said in FIR.
The woman stated that the defendant was very close to his family as her husband, an ophthalmologist, living in a house accused of Gandhinagar in February 2021.
In February, the defendant and his mother brought the body of a complainant husband to Mumbai after he died in Gandhinagar.
Then, when his mother-in-law died in April, they went to the site of the defendant for the post-dead ritual.
The woman first approached the Sion police in Mumbai where she filed a complaint that on Wednesday was transferred to the Sector 21 of Gandhinagar police.
Gandhinagar police registered a violation based on allegations of persecution under the IPC along with the protection section of children from the Sexual Act (Pocso).
(The identity of the victim has not yet been disclosed to protect his privacy according to the direction of the Supreme Court about cases related to sexual violence)
