Ranchi: In the midst of alleged efforts to disrupt the JMM coalition government in Jharkhand and Congress legislator claims have been offered “Rs 50 Crore and Place of Minister of Transportation”, JMM and Congress on Monday exposed on episodes.
BJP denied the allegations and demanded a sitting probe led by a judge sitting in a high court into this problem.
In 81 members of the Jharkhand Assembly, JMM, led by Hemant Soren had 30 MLA, Congress 16, JVMP Tiga, RJP one while BJP had 25 members.
There are also four independent.
The JMM alliance, Congress and RJD have won 47 seats, six more than needed for a simple majority in the polls of the State Assembly.
“Some people have approached me and other MLA to disrupt the government,” said Kolebira Mla Naman Bixal Kongkari.
Asked whether people came from BJP, he said he wasn’t sure but some of them had named several BJP members.
The statement took place after three people were arrested on Saturday for allegedly conspiring the government.
