NEW DELHI: The Centre on Tuesday advised the Supreme Court there cannot be any uniform appraisal coverage for all board exams, which contains all those of the CBSE, the ICSE and 32 state boards.

Khanwilkar that boards are autonomous bodies, also enabled to invent their strategies in relation to the evaluation of Class 12 pupils.
He advised the best court which the life span of every pupil is protected by Article 21 of this Constitution, and it isn’t safe or sensible to possess a written examination amid the continuing pandemic.
“Students cannot be forced to take evaluation throughout the pandemic.

The AG stated that this position has surfaced first time along with the boards needed to innovate and consider the pupils’ best interestrates.
He also added that 13 specialists have put their minds together and was accepted by the CBSE.
The Centre also advised the best court that pupils will be provided a choice, in other words, if they’re not happy with the examination, then they could choose the assessment.
The CBSE on Monday advised the Supreme Court the discretionary assessments for Class 12 pupils, unsatisfied with its own evaluation criteria, could be held between August 15 to September 15.
The tests will be conducted when the environment is pitted against the background of the continuing Covid-19 pandemic.
