1971.
Secretary General of Engagu Mukesh Nigote State said MRTU & Pulp Law related to industrial regulations in the country to achieve the empathy objectives between employees and employers.
“The Union ST does not work for the benefit of employees but for the sake of the employer and the recognition is given in a representation error,” Nigote said.

Union ST allows corporations to implement an anti-employee policy where MSRTC creates a scale of junior payments and junior employees must work for five years on consolidated salaries, and there are several anomalies in their salary structure, the allegations continue to add.
Responding to the verdict, Union stated that the orders of the industrial court were poor in law and failed to respect wage settlements between employees and MSRTC.
It was conveyed that trade unions have more than 41,000 membership of employees of 93,000 employees and “always work for employee repair”.
The Union also challenges the position of the Locus.
However, Nigote accused between 1996-2012, because the union’s lethargic approach was recognized, the wages of MSRTC employees only increased by 17% while the national wages of other state transportation companies increased by 40%.
