Lucknow: Unnao District Judge Ravindra Kumar on Thursday canceled the command issued by the Basic Shiksha Adhikari on July 24 where he nomined the Sultanpur-based company for elemental and top elementary school electrification.
BSA orders said DM opposed the government’s rules.
The order of cancellation by Kumar came to the recommendation of the Head of the Head of the Head of Unnao Divyanshu Patel who was requested by the DM to investigate this problem after the viral on social media.
Kumar in his order asked all Unnao Block Education officers to implement electrification according to the rules.
“No fees will be permitted to do work that is contrary to government rules,” Kumar said.
According to officials, the Department of Basic Education has provided sanctions nearly Rs 3 Crore for 932 school electrification.
Of this number, 702 schools are equipped with an electrical connection.
For electrification in 230 the remaining school, Jai Singh who took over as BSA Unnao on July 1, a nominated Tripathi trader lies in Lucknow Road in Sultanpur.
A total of Rs 74 lakh were allocated for electrification in 230 of this school.

In accordance with the trip, the school management committee is responsible for electrification exercises.
The electrical connection will be in accordance with the school name / Principal’s appointment.
As many as RS 17,668 will be spent on cable in each school.
Each school will get a 1-kilowatt electric connection with the cost of Rs 6955.
The cable will start from the classroom on the ground floor and then brought to the next floor.
