Until November 26, there was no tree logging for Delhi-Doon E-Way, said SC

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday stays at logging trees for the Delhi-Dehradun Express project until November 26 and directs NGT to consider the request to challenge the stage forest and wildlife given to expansion from the existing 20 km of NH.
(NH-72A).
Judge Dy Chandrachud, Surya Kant and Vikram Nath lived a tree logging for 10 days to ensure that there was no damage made for green closure until the court problem.
It passed the order in the appeal submitted by Doon-based NGOs, citizens for Doon Green, contrary to NGT’s commands that refused to comfort their requests on the technical land tried by the applicants to avoid the recovery of attraction, by involving jurisdiction under Section 14 As opposed to the appeal jurisdiction under Section 16.
SC canceled the court order and asked him to decide on the case on merit.
