Bareilly: Cannot get a seat on a bus or train because of Rakshabandhan Rush, two brothers based in Gurugram and their wives decided to ride a bicycle to reach their original village in the Budaun District.

There are four people on a bicycle along with luggage, making a risky trip.
The family hasn’t filed a complaint so far.”
