Lucknow: Mandate to investigate police investigation status to 65 criminal cases slapped against Gangsters who were killed by Vikas Dubey, which regulates the massacre of BIKRU, the three-member justice commission led by the retired Supreme Court Judge BS Chauhan which was recorded in the document report at least 21 cases, quoted lost file.
The Commission recommends an investigation against officials who surrendered to the wrong documents handling cruel crimes carried out by Don, including murder, combustion and riots with deadly weapons.
Most of these cases are listed on Kanpur Nagar and Kanpur Dehat.
The Commission observed that the loss of the Dubey case file was a serious problem, which requires administrative actions against public errors after the investigation.
The Judicial Commission, which was founded in July last year, has directed officials to provide details of cases in Dubey Vikas along with copies of firs, Chargesheets, list of their statements in 65 cases.
But administrative authorities told the commission that several cases of cases between 1991 and 2017 cannot be tracked or are looking and will be sent immediately.
But these files have not been found.
Of the 21 cases, 11 cases were registered at the Kanpur Dayat Police Station and 10 at Kanpur Nagar Comperions and related to the imposition of Goonda Act in Gangsters in 1999, 2000 and then in 2004.
