Up: 4,000 police for ‘Terahlvin’ Kalyan Singh

Agra: Nearly 4,000 police personnel have been deployed at Aligarh because many VIPs are expected to attend ‘Terahlvin’ (rituals conducted on the 13th day after death to mark the last day of mourning) from former minister of Uttar Pradesh Kaly, Kalyan Singh on September 1, Ancellest Village Madhauli located.
