Lucknow: Reviewing the Covid-19 situation above, health officials have urged people to remain vigilant about the pandemic virus.
Prevention is very important even though only five new Covid cases are reported in the state in the last 24 hours.
Also, 42 districts became free Covid while the country only had 94 active cases.
More than 50% of these active cases are concentrated in four districts including Lucknow and Gautam Budh Nagar.
Expressing satisfaction for the efforts made so far in the drive of Covid-19 vaccination, Chairman of the Minister of Yogi Adityanath has directed health officials to take steps to promote the second dose as well.
Meanwhile, the total number of doses managed in reaching 12.67 crores.
In terms of people, 9.68 crore people have taken at least one temporary dose of 3.08 crore fully vaccinated.
