Muzaffarnagar: Five people were sentenced to life in prison on Saturday by the court here to kill Panchayat Pradhan village in Muzafarmagar district almost ten years ago.
Jamshed Judge Ali registered the official village of Bahawdi Charan Singh, Brijpal, Soran, Naresh and Vivek after punishing them from the Gunning Down Village Pradhan Brijendra on January 25, 2011, in a shootout over old hostilities.
Additional Session Hakim Ali also imposed a fine of RS 14,000 in each of the five inmates.
While sentence five, the court released three accused of other, Basant, Bunty and Una, due to lack of evidence against them, said the Yashpal Singh government advisor.
Eight was booked after a fierce shooter in Bahawdi Village in the district where Pradhan Village was shot dead and several others were injured.
Eight was ordered to carry out various violations including murder, efforts to kill, causing sad wounds in addition to carrying out riots using firearms in Devendra complaints, which also, by chance, were shot dead in court later during the trial.
