Lucknow: The number of active infections at Uttar Pradesh went under 450 Mark on Saturday.
In accordance with the official bulletin, the total number of active cases in the country is 446.
In addition, more than 50% of active cases are concentrated in only seven districts with Mathura Accounting for the maximum number of active cases with 40 entries.
Lucknow (39), Mainpuri (37), Prayagraj (35), Rae Bareli (31), Maharajanj (26) and Gautam Budh Nagar (20) are six other districts.
The bulletin shows that 15 districts in the country are now free of Covid-19, while 39 districts have less than five active cases.
Meanwhile, 42 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
With this, Covid-19 calculation for the country reached 17,08,918 of which 16,85,689 had recovered, while 22,783 had died.
This was translated into a recovery rate of 98.6% and the mortality rate of 1.3%.
Bulletin also shows that 43 districts in the country recorded zero new cases.
Nonetheless, officials suggested caution as a risk of pandemic infection soaring above the country.
