Lucknow: In a year that was damaged by the severe Covid-19 crisis, more than 99.5% of students registered in schools affiliated with the Indian School Certificate Certificate (CISCE) exam had passed the 10th grade test (ICSE) and 12th grade ( ISC) through an alternative assessment scheme formulated by the Board in the absence of a council exam.
According to the results announced by Cisce, 99.95% of students in ICSE and 99.7% of students in ISC cleared the exam in all states.
The percentage pass for ICSE and ISC rose 1.4% and 3.9% respectively.
Nationally, 99.98% of students passed ICSE while 99.76% were cleaned ISC.
A total of 46,889 students, including 20,221 girls, appeared for 10th grade examinations from above.
From them, 46,867 students succeeded while 22 failed.
In class 12, 31,801 students, including 13,869 girls, took the exam.
31,709 students passed while 92 failed.
Up has 386 ICSE schools and 307 ISCs.
Gernera, the results showed that girls beat boys in grade 10 and 12.
While 99.96% of girls examined the 10th grade examination to fight 99.95% of boys, 99.8% of girls in class 12 were promoted compared With 99.6% of boys.
Statistics released by the board showed that in ICSE, 99.9% SC, 100% ST, and 99.98% of OBC students cleared the examination.
There are 3,002, 205 and 12,557 students from SC, ST and OBC, which appears for the ICSE test from above.
Likewise in ISC, 99.7% of students from the SC and OBC categories and 99.2% of St.
stated successfully.
There were 1,957, 121, and 7,757 students from SC, ST and OBC which took the ISC exam from above.
Chief Executive and Secretary, Cisce, Gerry Arathoon said given the extraordinary state of this year, Cisce did not publish a list of services for ICSE and ISC exams.
Arathan praised the principal to work in close cooperation with the council to ensure compilation of successful results.
