Up bans strike in urban agencies for six months

Lucknow: The State Government on Wednesday requested an important service maintenance law in 1966 to prohibit strikes from any nature in organizations and institutions related to urban bodies – Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika Parishad, Office of Jal Nigam Nagar and Jal Sansthan .
Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development, Rajneesh Dube, issued orders on Wednesday forbade strikes in this entity for six months.
“It is important to do this in the public interest, the government begged sub-part 2 of Part 3 ESMA-1966 to prevent any attacks for six months,” the command word.
Earlier on May 27 this year, the government has banned strikes in public services, corporations and local authorities below.
