Ayodhya: MP / MLA Special Court Faizabad on Monday was sentenced to BJP MLA Indra Pratap Tiwari aka Khabbu Tiwari to the term five years in a fake marker case.
Special Judge Puja Singh delivered the last verdict of Proununcing Tiwari guilty in the case that was registered 28 years ago and was awarded the term five-year prison, slapped the fine of RS 8,000 and sent him to prison.
Tiwari, against whom many other criminal cases were also delayed in court court, MLA was elected from the constituency of Gosaiganj Gosaigad in the 2017 election Police accused Tiwari using fake entry to get an entrance ticket.
Tiwari was also elected as a student union secretary that year.
Tripathi, now the deceased, then the Principal of the Saket Degrees College, has submitted February 18, 1992, alleged that Khabbu Tiwari failed in the second year of graduation but received entry in the next class by sending fake crackdown.
Chargesheet in a registered case in 1992 was submitted in court after 13 years even because some original documents disappeared from records in the trial and copies were prepared for trials to continue in court.
The main Tripathi also died during a protracted trial.
Mahendra Kumar Agrawal, then the Dean of Saket College and Ram Bahadur Singh, the college part of the college, was among the witnesses who testified against Tiwari in court.
Mla Tiwari was present in court when the verdict was delivered.
He was detained and sent to prison.
