Kanpur: The case has been ordered by leader Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vimal Bhadauria, who along with his aides has attacked Prashant Kumar Prasad, supervisor of the police, during the voting for the Pancrayat Block post on Saturday afternoon.
