Jawahar Singh Rathore, principal of Sarvodaya Inter College, Fatehpur, recommended including marks of class 9 annual exams and class 10 half-yearly and pre-board exams to calculate the average score for class 10 students.
Atmaram, president of parents’ association, Fatehpur, though asked the government to drop the marks of class 10 half-yearly exams.
