Prasagraj: Head of Judicial Hakim (CJM) on Monday rejected the application for Anand Giri’s polygraph test, Aadhya Prasad and his son Sandeep Tiwari, his third was accused of the death case of Mahant Narendra Giri, because the defendant did not give their consent to the test.
However, the Head of Justice Judge Harendra Nath, at the request of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), expanded justice custody from all three was accused until October 30, which was the next hearing date in this case.
Previously on October 12, the CBI has moved the application at the CJM court for Anand Giri’s polygraph test, Aadhya Prasad and Sandeep Tiwari.
On Monday, all of which were accused of in the case of the mysterious death Narendra Giri emerged from prison through video conferencing and refused to give approval for the polygraph test, alleged that the CBI only submitted its pemerminya.
Because the defendant’s consent was needed to carry out this test, the CJM court rejected the implementation of the CBI.
The CBI, in its application has asked the CJM court to give an order to test the Anand Giri polygraph, Aadya Prasad and his son Sandeep Tiwari, who was in prison for conspiring Suicide Mahant Narendra Giri, then Mahant of Baghambari Math.
In its application, the CBI has requested permission for the polygraph test accused of knowing the truth in connection with the interrogation that occurred in connection with the case.
On the other hand, advice for the defendant also moved applications that opposed the test.
