Agra: With a viral disease that spreads upward – Western Regency seems to be the epicenter – CM Yogi Adityaath in a meeting on Monday formed a special team to study the virus and came up with a plan to control its spread in the three worst Firozabad, Mathura and Mainpuri districts.
