Lucknow: After announcing the closing of the school given the surge in Covid-19 cases, the state government on Saturday issued direction to close universities and higher education institutions, both the government and the private sector, until January 16.
According to orders issued by the addition of the Head of Secretary, Higher Education, Monika S Garg, there is no physical class to be permitted even though the online class can be done.
Examinations are taking place at universities or colleges will be held on schedule.
Garg said the institution where the inspection was scheduled to follow the Covid-19 protocol which included was obliged to wear a mask, physical distance, the use of cleaning and restrictions at the meeting.
