Up Diesel Drive Cost Milk Prices Rise RS2 / Ltr

Nagpur: The main milk brand that has a market in the city, including Amul and Mrs.
Dairy, has increased prices by Rs 2 per liter in the last three to four days.
It was followed by several regional brands that were too hiking prices.
Prices have been revised after a one and a half year gap.
This is not because it falls in milk production rather than the milk industry blame it on the increase in fuel costs.
Overall milk production has been stable.
But production costs at the end of farmers have risen.
The basic factor is the increase in diesel prices which have led to a considerable increase in the price of animal feed.
It also makes transportation expensive for milk plants.
Dearrowing margins from milk producers have caused an increase in procurement prices by milk.
Even input costs on the milk processing unit have risen to the enhancement of the Musi Package MRP in the end, say industry sources.
Oanoop Kumar, the Main Secretary of the State (Department of Animal Husbandry), said the increase was not because of milk production but because of the increase in input costs.
Milk production from the organized sector stands in the range of 1.32 crores to 1.25 crore liters a day in the state.
It’s very much line with a normal average without drastic droplets seen in Output.RS Sodhi, Director of Managing Federation of Milk Marketing Gujarat Reports, also said that milk output is stable and the flow increases against cooperatives as private players reduced procurement.
Sources of Industry said that regardless of normal milk production, there was also a large enough stock of advanced last year.
It is a white butter and milk powder.
This is raw material for making ice cream.
Last two years see bad requests for ice cream.
Even this can see the demand for lukewarm ice cream nails, which leads to stock milk and butter milk accumulates.
Because items can be stored, they can be used in the coming years.
Upadhyaya ride from Dinshaw’s Dairy said it was not only the price of procurement that had risen but even landing costs for the milk industry had increased by RS3 to RS4.
“The cost of animal feed has increased by RS30 Quintal.
Normal production compared to the season.
Not only this, there is a raw material surplus for ice cream such as white butter and powder.
The Dinshaw itself sits in 500 tons of additional white butter,” he said.
The source at Haldiram also confirmed that the price of milk has been carried out by RS2.
This is mainly because diesel prices affect logistics costs, the source said.
Price increases are needed to keep the margins intact, say industry sources.
Source in Mother Mother said the price of procuring RS25 for cow’s milk and RS40.
50 for buffalo milk.
The latter has increased by a rupee statement issued from Ms.
Dairy, said the company had experienced inflationary pressures in the overall input costs.
Even milk production has been affected because of a pandemic.
The price of milk has increased by 8% to 10% combined by installing operational costs which includes costs for processing, logistics and packaging.
But the increase in costs is not forwarded to consumers for one year, the company said.
