Shahjahanpur: Four people were killed and two other people were seriously injured when the car crashed into two motorbikes here on Friday afternoon, police said.
Two bikes with three people riding each of them came from the side of Jalalabad when a car crashed into them from the front near the Kola bridge, the Mirzapur police station was responsible.
While four people died in that place, two others were seriously injured, he said, adding that the car landed in the roadside hole after the accident.
Singh said the bodies were sent for post-mortem examinations while those injured were treated at the District Hospital for care.
The car driver escaped after the accident and police looked for it.
