Lucknow: A 24-year-old girl holding a hostage at the SUV who drove out of the grid up after the vehicle was on Jalan Sitapur and she released her from debris.
The girl twisted the police emergency helpline and with the help of the police reached the Mehmoodabad police station and narrated her trials on Tuesday morning.
Residents of Azamgarh, the girl lives with her relatives in Lucknow and prepares competitive exams.
He was kidnapped by a man who offered him a ride on his SUV, police said.
Sho, Mehmoodabad, Anil Pandey, said, based on the girl’s complaint, which was accused of Rahul Verma, 30, has been ordered for sexual violence, criminal intimidation, and kidnapping.
Verma, who was injured in the accident, lost control of the vehicle while trying to persecute the girl.
When his hand came out of the steering wheel, the car suddenly slipped and flipped, police said.
While he escaped, his kidnapper was taken to the hospital in police custody to treat injury.
The girl’s parents were intimidated.
“The girl’s statement will be taken in front of a judge,” Sho said.
