Lucknow: After more than four years of difficulty and uncertainty, Mohd Saif, the son of a hockey legend and Olympian Padma Shri late Mohd Shahid, has a reason to rejoice.
Saif was finally in his hand the letter joined for the work he had to leave in 2017.
His mother, Parveen Shahid, had run from the pillar to send his son’s job recovery in the Varanasi Locomotive (BLW) in Varanasi, which was missing after he went long medical leave after alleged Harassment in the hands of a senior officer.

BLW officials then told Tii that Saif’s application was considered sympathetic even when they blamed him because he did not submit a complaint of harassment and left the job suddenly.
Thanking Toi and BLW officials for their support, Saif said, “I am happy to get my job again.
Before joining, I was required to undergo a three-year training.
When I joined the training for six months in 2017, that period had been adjusted.” Saif Worked at BLW on February 3, 2017, about the reason for compassion after the death of Mohd Shahid, who was a sports officer (class 1) by train in Varanasi.
During his training, he was allegedly harassed by official followers he stopped training and applied to medical leave.
Finally, he was removed from the post on February 19, 2019.
Saif then asked for a restoration but the application since then.
Mohd Shahid has played an important role in the historic Olympic victory that took Indian gold in 1980.
Saif himself was a national level shooter and participated in a senior event in Bhopal in 2019.
