Lucknow: With Kushinagar reported 20 fresh Covid-19 cases, the total number of infections across the state reached 58 in the last 24 hours.
This is the third time this week that tally of up-day has crossed 50 although 50 districts reported zero cases.
Due to a case increase – from 28 on Saturday to 58 on Sundays – and 49 recovery, the number of active cases rose to 593, from 586 on Saturday.
The daily level of the case of the case, which is 0.01%, also rose again and was recorded at 0.02%.
Chairman of Secretary, Health and Family Addition, Amit Mohan Prasad said: “There is no death reported in the country in the last 24 hours and only 58 new cases found.

Prasad also heard carefully saying that while infection rates are low, the disease has not been completely eradicated.
“Some countries and even countries have restarted getting many cases everyday.

On the vaccination front, it is managed more than 2.9 lakh doses in the last 24 hours, reaching the cumulative more than 5.35 crore the population is vaccinated so far.
