Up Law Commission Submit the Bill of the Resident Control Bill, Report to CM Adityanath

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh State Law Commission has been submitted to the Minister of Yogi Adityanath Design a population control bill and made many recommendations, including additional incentives to civil servants to adopt the norm of one child and forbade those who violate the policy of two children from the quarrel of local agency polls.
Recommendations were carried out in the 19th report on population control, stabilization and well-being, together with the design of the population control of Uttar Pradesh, stabilization and welfare bills, 2021, submitted by Uttar Pradesh Law Commission Chair of Justice (Retd) Mittal to the minister’s chairman.
“The report was submitted yesterday (for the Minister of Chief),” Mittal told PTI on Tuesday.
However, it is still unclear whether the bill will be submitted in the current Monsun session of the state legislature.
When contacted by PTI, Minister of Legislature and Justice Brijesh Pathak refused to comment on this problem.
According to the prominent features of the report, the Commission recommends that certain cards must be issued to people who adopt the norm of two children or one child that must be valid to obtain incentives so that the recipient is not required to run the pillar to post to prove feasibility.
Specific laws must be applied regarding the control and stabilization of the population at Uttar Pradesh, the report said, adding that the proposed law must have a major effect on other applicable laws in the state.
It is also proposed that the subject control population is included in the school curriculum so that the right education, and guidelines, can be provided at school age.
The success of any policy depends on incentives and disincentives.
Therefore, to control certain populations of incentives to civil servants who adopt two children’s norms and additional incentives to those who adopt a one-child policy must be given, according to the report.
Special benefits must be given to married couples who only have one child in the form of a one-time lump amount as can be notified by the state government, he said.
There must also be provisions for revocation of benefits and disincentives for those who do not follow the norm of two children.
There must be provisions for selection bars fighting the local body about who has violated the norms of two children or having children who exceed the norm of two children and they will not be eligible to be chosen as, or to become members of the elective office under any local authority or a public company, according to the report.
In the proposed law, various incentives and disincentives and bars are provided, which may conflict with several applicable laws in Uttar Pradesh.
Therefore, in the opinion of the Commission, the proposed legal provisions must have a major effect, the report said the Uttar Pradesh step ruled by BJP for the population control law had revived the debate about this country in the country.
