Lucknow: The Department of Process on Thursday presents a notification to the former BSP Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui and Babu Singh Kushwaha in connection with the fraud of Rs 4,200 Crore, which involves warning construction in Lucknow and Noida under the Mayawati government.
So far, 20 people have been arrested in connection with frauds that have been examined since 2013.
The demand began after the investigation of Lokayukta charged up in 199, including Siddiqui, Kushwaha and 12 BSP MLAS.
Siddiqui is now with Congress.
A source at the Department of Precautions said that in addition to Siddiqui and Kushwaha, notice had been served at 40 government officials operating at that time to record their statements.
Citizenship officials said the project manager had used red sandstone purchased at exorbitant prices.
The sandstone used in the construction of parks and warnings was obtained from Mirzapur Regency, but was transferred through Rajasthan to produce more money, causing large income losses to the country.
Officials had submitted the first Chargesheet in memorial fraud in October 2020 where he named six government officials.
The enforcement directorate has also registered the PMLA case in warning fraud and has the properties of engineers and contractors installed in Lucknow.
