Agra: A MLA Candidate of the Sawajwadi Party from the Bah Segment, Madhusudan Sharma, and at least 50 of his supporters were ordered by the Agra police on Saturday on charges of violating the Covid-19 protocol.
The police said that Sharma and his supporters had committed Puja at the Bateshwar temple after the ticket was given to him from the constituency.
They have given birth to social distance norms and Covid protocols.
A FIR has been registered under Section 188 (disobedience to order correctly announced by civil servants), 269 (anyone who is unauthorized or negligent act whatever, and what he knows or has a reason to believe, the possibility of deploying Any infection of the disease), 270 (anyone who is ferocious does any action that is, and what he knows or has a reason to believe, the possibility of spreading infection in any harmful disease) IPC and Part 3, 4 of action epidemic of the police office.
