Permits to open, said a government spokesman, will depend on Compliance with the Covid-19 protocol.
He added that the owner of Cinema Halls faced a big loss due to covid restrictions and the government was ready to help them in any way it was possible.
From June 21, the government has allowed the opening of the mall, restaurant, bar, and street food kiosks, depending on the maximum residence of 50%.
Evening night time was also changed to allow two additional hours.
Now there is from 9pm to 7 in the morning.
Weekend hours also survived, starting at 9pm, Friday to 7 in the morning on Monday.
The spokesman said that the second wave of Covid-19 was in the most effective conditions at this time, and even with more than 2.5 lakh tests carried out every day, the level of participation was less than 1%.
On Friday morning, the government reported 2,70,723 tests in the previous 24 hours and 133 new Covid-19 cases.
