Lucknow: The Department of Precautions to Roast Former Minister of BSP Naseemuddin Siddiqui for hours for two days in connection with the 1,400 crore RS scam involving warning construction in Lucknow and Noida during the Mayawati regime.
The source in the establishment of alertness said Siddiqui was baked for five hours where he faced around 100 questions prepared by officials to uncover warnings in the construction of warnings.
An officer who knows the probe says that this is just the first round of questions, and some rounds of questions will be held in this case.
On July 1, the notice was served at 40 people accused, including former Minister of BSP Naseemuddin Siddiqui and Babu Singh Kushwaha, and 20 government officials to record their statements.
While Siddiqui, who joined the Congress in 2018, appeared to be questioned, Kushwaha expressed his inability to question July 20 and looked for more time for preparation.
Sleuth who is alert now plans to interrogate Kushwaha in the first week of August.
A FIR was submitted in the commemoration of the fraud in 2014 after Lokayukta investigated alleged irregularities and corruption and recommended filing fires under the prevention of corruption laws and parts 409 IPC (Public Experiencing Criminal) including former BSP Siddiqui minister, Kushwaha, and 12 BSP MLA in 2013 .
Alert officials say project managers have used red sandstone purchased at exorbitant prices.
The sandstone used in garden construction and warnings is obtained from the Mirzapur district, but is directed back to Rajasthan to produce more money, causing massive losses to the country.
Precautions have also submitted the first Chargesheet in a scam warning in October 2020, where he appointed six government officials.
The enforcement director also registered the prevention of money laundering acts in warning fraud and had the properties of engineers and contractors installed in Lucknow in connection with warning fraud.
