Lucknow: With a focus on youth, farmers and infrastructure, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna on Wednesday presents an additional budget of Rs 7,301.52 Crore in the state legislature for the financial year 2021-22.
Billed as the smallest one in the history of assembly of the top assembly, additional budget, if used properly, can cause an impact on the lives of a large number of people in the state of the election, believing in political Oberver.
While the opposition is called useless because the money from the main budget has not been utilized, many feel it is intended to create or maintain a bank voting bank in power to remain intact.
The initial size of the additional budget that will be submitted in the assembly up should be around RS 35,000 Crore.
However, it was upgraded to Rs 7,301.5 Crore to stay focused on only projects that could be completed within six months or socially significantly.
In an effort to make youth from the country digitally capable, the budget provision of the RS 3,000 Crore has been made.

The number of Rs 265.70 Crore has been reserved for an increase in honorarium for workers of Anganwadi, Mini Anganwadi Workers and Assistant Angganwadi, Rs 123.55 Crore to improve the honorarium for Shiksha Mitras, RS 28.91 Crore for part-time anudeshak, Rs 129.78 Crore for Asha workers , RS 129.78 40.62 Crore has been for the increase in honorarium for Rozgar Sevaks, Rs 61.07 Crore to improve benefits to PRD personnel, Rs 47.88 Crore to improve the honorarium for village guards, etc.
The number of Rs 90 Crore has been for lawyers under social security.
