Lucknow: A 21-year-old young man was killed by his friend and his colleagues in Ambedkarnagar for the repayment of Rs 5 Lakh’s loan, the police claimed.
Shiva Kasauddhan’s body, who was lost on November 12, recovered filled in gunny bag on Sunday night.
The body was found in the Tamsa River in Ambedkarnagar.
The police have arrested Neelesh, Yash and Amir and Amir Qureshi on charges of kidnapping and the murder of Shiva.
The defendant took Shiva to the hotel, killing him using bricks, four sent to prison on Monday.
Ambedkarnagar SP Alok Priyadarshi told Toi that Shiva was the son of a trader in the city.
“One of the accused, Yash, has taken a loan Rs 5 Lakh from Shiva and cannot pay it.
As a result, Yash and two of his colleagues kidnap and killed him,” SP said.
Yash has lost the amount to gamble.
The defendant was arrested on the basis of electronic supervision because their location fits the victim on November 11 night.
“When Shiva began to reduce his money back, his friends turned into his enemies and plotted to eliminate him,” said an official senior police officer to investigate.
“On November 11, Shiva was angry and warned her friends that she would tell the police and get firs that were nesting against them,” the police said.
They invited Shiva to settle and first offered drinks and then took it to a hotel and hacked it to death using bricks.
“After the attack, they tied his body in a gunny bag and dumped it on the river,” Sho said, Akbarpur, Amit Pratap Singh.
