Prayagraj: The murder of two young men has triggered tensions in Sapha Chat Village and villages side by side under the Patti Kotwali police station from Pratapgarh Regency on Monday afternoon.
The body of two young men identified as Shivbhole (25) and Rajendra aka Raviendra (23), residents of Chat Sapha Village were found in the fields around 11am near the village.
After being told, senior police officials included SP (Pratapgarh) of an antilian security with troops and forensic experts rushed to the place and conducted an investigation.
The whole village has turned into a fort and an adequate police force deployed to relieve tension.
SP, meanwhile, said “The police have investigated this case thoroughly and four teams have also been formed to take action against the incident.
However, he said that the body had been sent for Post Mortem to ensure the cause of death.
He said that the second deceased was a fast friend and Family members from the deceased have suspected their murder.
In the complaint of family members, FIR under the 302 part of the IPC has been submitted to the police station in question.
The police, meanwhile, said that they had spoken with villagers and family members to compile details.
Motives Behind the murder was still unknown.
Family members claimed that the two young men had left home to attend nature calls on Monday morning and did not return.
Ironically, there are signs of injury to the second body of the deceased.
