GHAZIABAD: A few in their 20s were hanging using a ceiling fan in their rented home in Indirapuram inside this area of Uttar Pradesh on Monday, authorities said.
DSP Anshu Jain stated Ramu alias Ram Kumar (25), indigenous of Anup Shahar city in Bulandshahr area, also Kajal (22) was residing at the home in Makanpur village for the past two weeks.
After the couple didn’t wake till late Monday morning, then a number of their acquaintances appeared through the window at their area and found them dangling.
They informed the authorities about the episode.
A police officer reached there, jumped opened the doorway and recovered the figures, the DSP said.
Ramu was employed as a domestic help at the Khoda colony,” authorities said.
No suicide note has been discovered at the area, DSP Jain explained.
She explained that the bodies have been sent for autopsy and the true reason for the deaths could be discovered only after obtaining its own report.
