UPSC Civil Service Exam: SC refused to entertain the request to find a list of final 2020 choices

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear the petition trying to cancel the UPSC 2020 civil service examination the final selection list had so far violated a 50 percent of the reservation ceiling.
Judge L Nageswara Rao and Justice Br Gavai refused to entertain the petition submitted by the Applicant, Nithish Shankar, a candidate who appeared in the 2020 civil service exam, who tried to direct the UPSC Civil Services Towns 2020 the final selection list so far it violated a 50 percent reservation ceiling .
The court also warned the applicant’s lawyer that it would raise him at a cost and said the court did not see the point to hear further advice.

The bench noted that the EWS reservation was introduced in accordance with the 103st constitutional amendments and the problems associated with this was called a larger bench.

The applicant claimed that he was a contributed candidate who had been rejected the same opportunity to be considered for the selection in the Union Public Service Commission – 2020 civil service inspection (UPSC-CSE-2020).
The applicant has also attempted to publish a list of additional candidates who remember the applicant’s case for personal interviews and recommend additional general categories of contributing students to 418 (50 percent total vacancies) advertised.
According to the petition, respondents recommended 34.55 percent of candidates for the appointment of the general categories and 65.44 percent of the categories ordered, fully sabotage the feasibility of the general category candidates.
Only 40 percent of seats marked for the appointment of the Unreserved general quota, which violated 50 percent of the reservation ceiling, the applicant said adding that respondents had acted openly violating a 50 percent mandate for orders held by 9 Supreme Court Judges.
The applicant said that this had caused non-election applicants for personality tests and then referred to after he appeared for an electrical examination (written test).
