Kanpur: The management of the Uttar Pradesh State Industry Development Authority (Upsida) has given 42.2 hectares of land to the mega leather cluster development project under special purpose vehicles.
Land has been allocated based on 99 years of rent.
Development work will begin after the skin cluster gets the land gram Samaj ordered.
Land will be allocated for entrepreneurs on 99-year leases and tripartite agreements will be signed between upside, company and tee bumver.
